General/Other Shazam Jumping 2 Ambiguous cross up

Jumping 2's hitbox has his elbow connect aswell so cross ups midscreen can be done from point blank, and in the corner can lead to serious mind fucks

I got absolutely thrashed by Shazam just doing his cross-up thing. It is ridiculously ambiguous and I'm STILL not sure how you are supposed to block it.

in the corner if he does it to fast it will hit in front of you if he waits to do it, it hits behind, its sooo dirty...but he needs it

I'm so free vs Shazam's cross-up. Ares has a good one too if I remember correctly. It looks like he's crossing you up and he is physically crossing you up but the freaking attack hits in front then he lands behind you.

Ugh - so its pretty much a guessing game on what direction you should be blocking! Thanks for the advice anyway man.
