settings problem

im jw wondering if anyone has this problem and if there is a way to fix it.

in my personal details under setting i changed my psn and xbox user id to piemasteerrr, and saved it and everything

but it still shows up as drkilledbydeth

and when i go back to it, it says i changed it to piemasteerrr,

any ideas on how to fix this?
