Robot Smoke tutorial:
Wait for opponent to jump, then do his teleport uppercut combo. If opponent is stalling, either run jab (throw the hell out of them if they don't know how to block it), or go invisible and repeat step one.

But seriously.. that's pretty much what your typical robot smoke will follow (minus the invisibility).
