Couldn't find a list that specifies who won a guaranteed spot from winning an offline or regional finals, but points-wise this list here is up to date with what NRS Esports has posted on Twitter: https://liquipedia.net/fighters/Mortal_Kombat_Pro_Kompetition/2023-24

Definitely seen some qualified players keep playing in the Pro Komps. I've heard commentators point out some of the players that already placed essentially are just gatekeeping by continuing to enter the online events, which is always good to build tension for the ones that haven't qualified yet lol
