This right here at my arcade use to make everyone stop playing pool just to watch this. Back then it wasn't quan chi doing this it was Shinnok (early mk4 version for the ogs here)
Best fatality ever imo
EDIT: 1 thing I loved about this finisher is he kept beating the person until the continue screen came up. It just mad people in the arcade more salty.
