So this "TOS Violation" is a known bug that is occurring on Twitch.tv from what I've read from other stream hosts. Not an actual TOS violation.

They really need to post more info on the streams with this bug so the hosts don't shit themselves or get their 'reputation' ruined by it. TOS is nothing to dick around with in 2012.

It`s a bug in the system? So, someone pressed down and another button on the wrong frame?
