No Projectile?

I'm pretty sure the answer to this is no...but has there ever been a playable MK character in any of the actual fighting games who didn't have a projectile? I didn't play Armageddon or DC...and I don't think there have been any in the other ones. The closest thing I can think of is UMK3 Noob who had no special moves at all, but he wasn't playable.
