Well just going by the boot (if that indeed belongs to the same person) it's gonna be a male character. I'm guessing a new character, can't imagine it being Nightwolf, the bone thingy just doesn't fit him imo. Really excited to see an archer type in an MK game.

Yes, that's what I saw too. The pic on on the right is how he would really look given if these teaser images were cropped like kitana's fans.

I actually think Boon wasn't joking now. Definitely looks like a long bow that will be used for staff-like attacks as well. Maybe one of the variations the bow will be un-strung and used as a proper staff
