Moves Needed :)

Hi guys its been a while since I've been online, I was around more when MK9 was more around and now Injustice is out im trying to find my right character and get the gameplay, tactics and combo's for the characters im willing to learn the only problem is I can't remember for the life of me what some of the moves mean...

for example

22~db2, b12~db2 mb, 22~db1, 3~db2
an Aquaman combo I just need a little help of meaning what buttons means what again, I have a rough idea but would like a full list of what all the buttons mean, I know its around here somewhere but I can't find it so can someone redirect me to where I can see this please

sorry for long explanation just trying to make sure you deffo understand what I mean
