The look does go a long way. You couldn't just put the hair and eye color on anybody and have it work. Honestly, if you expect much from any acting from an MK movie, you are in for disappointment. I want the characters to LOOK authentic with a lot of action. Megan Fox doesn't have to act much, as long as she looks the part and the choreography is on point. There's more to a role than appearance. You have to BE the character. Things like hair color and even eye color are traits that can easily be changed on anyone thanks to hair dye and contact lenses. I feel Megan Fox cannot act as anyone other than herself, and it's only her appearance that has gotten her this far.
Tywin would work great as Quan Chi or Shinnok tbh.Time for a little Tacky pro casting:

Shinnok:
Takeda:
Sub Zero:

This has been known for awhile, I have no idea what is taking them so long to release that shit though.Guys, guys, guys...
Back in late 2014/early 2015 there were some twitter stuff on Casper Van Dien's, Cary H. Tagawa's, Ray Park's and Garrett Warren's twitter pages about a series called "Mortal Kombat X: Generations".
Principal photography took place on January '15 and it was supposed to launch a little afterwards MKX's debut.
Then, nothing...
The director, Gar. Warren (MK Legacy's second season stunt coordinator) has answered one or two questions regarding the project, but nothing really helpful was said.
Also, if anyone has recently tried to watch MK Legacy season 2 episodes, then you must have found nothing on Machinima's channel. They have been set to "PRIVATE" some months now and only exist as an edited version of a "movie" on some people's channels and that's it.
James Wan indeed was said to produce a possible MK movie which -supposedly- was to have a budget of 40-50 million $$$.
For anyone interested, here are some helpful links:

I know it has been known. I thought I would sum up everything since these news made front page after some time, plus I wanted to push all related links in there as well. The fact that the 2nd season of MK Legacy is no longer available on Machinima's channel hasn't been mentioned quite as much. This has been known for awhile, I have no idea what is taking them so long to release that shit though.
Also @TackyHaddock lmfao at Jonah Hill as Bo.
Beat me to it, she could totally play Mileena lol. I think I'd rather see her play Mileena than Kitana.I mean... Megan Fox already played MILEENA in Jennifer's Body ..........lmao.
Terrible casting list... aparta from Tony Jaa.http://www.killboretime.com/megan-fox-wants-in-on-the-mortal-kombat-reboot-no-thank-you/
This casting list pretty much nails it. It would cost a crap load of money, but there is no way I wouldn't love the final product. I particularly liked Tony Jaa as Liu Kang and Alexandra Daddario as a sexy badass Mileena.
