Let's nerf every character down to bottom tier.

Pick a character and suggest changes that would move him or her down to bottom tier. No need to be overkill. Try to suggest just enough to bring the character below everyone else.

For example:

Kabal
- Kabal is now wheelchair bound. He can no longer jump.
- Nomad Dash moves at 1/4 speed and cancelling has 10 frames of added recovery
- Saw blade can be stuffed during the startup
- F4 is now +0 on hit

But if they have to keep it for a launcher then make it stuffable by low normals like Baraka's.

Someone once said the best way to add a little more balance to those 2 characters would be to make them switch spin qualities lol. Baraka gets better and Kung gets worse problem solved lol.
