JK, Roundhouse (Male Ninja)

From what ive noticed, it seems better to do a deep Jk, then roundhouse. Can anyone clarify this, or give me a better way to do i?

If you do a deep JK, the RH timing is easier since you do it just as you land, but the chances of hitting a HK or LK after it are less. If you do a tight high JK, the RH has to be timed better, but you are closer the corner, allowing for a standing HK, or in some cases a JK to air special.
