JIP to Dive kick combo

Is there a trick to getting the jump-in-punch so that I can go into a dive kick and then combo?

I am able to land the JIP and then go right into the dive kick, but most of the time that's all I can do. It seems that if I am able to hit the very top of the opponent, like the TIPPITY TOP, then I can divekick combo. If not, then I just hit the ground and am left standing.

Any help?

You really just have to input it all reallllly fast. That's how I do it.

Its just how quick you do it. But its not really that useful, because if you know the JIP will connect ur better off doing the B21F2 starter and if you know its going to be blocked you may aswell take the chip damage/MS attack.
