Is there any way I can use an XB1 pad on ps4 or vice versa?

I only can play on an xbox 1 and I can't practice with a ds4 so switching in between the 2 pads at locals/tournaments is really hard since I spend hours playing on the xb1 and overall I feel like their dpad is really different (I keep inputting a diagonal when I'm trying to do DB or DF or something for some reasons)

I probably won't be able to afford a PS4 for a long time so that's not an option for me, so what can I do here? Is there anything I can use to make this possible?

Buy a ps4 controller then buy a cronus max so you can use it on the xbox one I'll give you a video and website to buy it from also if you search around ebay or amazon you can probably find for cheaper...Also buy a wireless usb adapter with bluetooth unless you want a usb plugged in...
I'll leave a link..its probably not the cheapest but the best way with no lag between button imputs plus converters have a delay

They are banned because you can have mods on them
BUT, they realize this, and released a software patch for "tournament edition" dwindling down your software to just the controller adapter

From my understanding, it causes lag, messes with other devices and/or messes with the system itself.

I was told something similar to this by a TO: that it causes input lag/fucks with the other player somehow.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I'm going to look into the DIY converter link posted above but I imagine TOs would frown on someone rigging homemade electronics up to their boxes. Is anyone aware of other options for using a HitBox on XB1?

Having said that I have an original cronus (the first they ever released i dont think its the cronus max) and havent had any problems like that, but i havent used it religiously either. I tried my 360 pad on ps3 and vice versa and it worked just fine. Would be nice to know if this original cronus will work on the x1 and ps4? This article scared me out of trying it lol
