Injustice can still make Evo 2013!

We all know that MK9 has made the cut but not Injustice, if you check out Shoryuken then you'll notice 7 games are posted:

Street Fighter X Tekken 2013
King of Fighters XIII
Persona 4 Arena

However, there is a section underneath where the community can decide what the 8th and final game of Evo 2013 is.
Via donating to breast cancer research through this page, Injustice can still make it!

Unless Warner Bros gets involved... I do not see this happening. I'm honestly not too worried it about though tbh. We got MK now for a third year and that is our baby, am I wrong? Lets take a comfort cruise with Injustice. Besides, who says MLG won't pick it up in 2013?
