man i miss halo 3, halo 4 sucks, halo reach sucked, halo2/3 was the golden years of halo :( also if i ever did that i would have gone ape shit and yelled something like wombo combo + a top ten freakout moment by squeaker COD player.

I hear ya...they fucked me with the AA bs and the 1 second respawn. I imagine MLG doesn't run with that stupid 1 second respawn nonsense but the damage was done to me. I could not play that crap online, that always is my gateway into competitive scenes for FPS.

I literally hate everything new they have added. Loadouts, AAs even the fucking maps man.

am excited for pit fall ONLY because of the days that MLG playlist used Pit KOTH, that was my fav gametype of all time, the comeback my MLG team had online were insane. too bad at events the open bracket never used KOTH it was always slayer and CTF then slayer. (also means i never made it out of open bracket with a team which is top 32, so i wasn't semi pro and i could never point check ANYONE in my life :( )

I'm going to assume you're talking about H4. I believe there was 2 balance changes to the game. Once they nerfed the DMR and the Forerunner pistol(can't remember its name).

Second, they tried a USMC pistol and BR buff as well as several AA changes but it didn't change the meta. DMR still the best Primary. Why don't they just make BR 4 shots and get it the fuck over with? Maybe I'll come back to Halo if that ever happens.

That's what it was that ticked me off the most about Halo 4...that BOLTSHOT bullshit. Ugh. Spawn with a one shot CQB weapon. GURBAGE.

But yeah, watching some pro stream of H4 really makes me wanna get away from the FGC and take a run at FPS again...Battlefield 4 anyone?

Im going to put this out there.

THE PIT IS THE BEST FUCKING MAP EVER CREATED!!!

Whenever i had a bad day i knew that once we got to the Pit that was gonna change. No bs, no one sided advantage, no AAs, just pure beautiful symmetrical neutral bliss.

Not a more perfect map will ever be crafted.

Agreed. Pit and Gridlock are my two favorite run and gun maps of all time. Strategically based id say Rainbow Six Vegas' Calypso Casino. Attack and defend on that map was NO JOKE.

This was something I always did on Last Resort Team Slayer. Basically you grab the spike grenades and throw them into a small opening where camo is and kills the other team member. Lol and if I spawned on the other side then I'd do a fusion coil jump to get to camo faster. I miss fusion coils. :(

This was a cool hiding spot I found that was never fixed by bungie (I think). You had to jump off the ledge then jump off your own power drain and onto the window ledge.

I also made an infection game where everyone is in a forest and inside a cabin. The humans were limited on weapons so they had to go out into the forest and find weapons. Here's the video if anyone wants to see:

If XBL was free then I'd probably go back and play Halo 3. It was the best multiplayer experience I've ever had.

I agree The Pit was the best map, followed by Guardian. Why? Because they were small and simple unlike the maps we have now in Halo 4.

Man, Halo 3 in its prime was the best game to play. I consider it to be the best Xbox 360 game. Here's hoping Bungie can capture the same magic with Destiny.
