I'm tired of fighting a HORDE of Scorpions and losing only because I play D'vorah!

I saw a D'vorah win 3-2 over Honeybees 'not that good' Sonya. It felt exhausting by only watching that match so much effort she has to put in for minimal damage. I feel you as a Johnny & Kotal player haha.

Perhaps, but I sadly think it's more not what you're saying, but how you're saying it that's aggravating people and getting them to reply to you the way they are.

For my part at least, I do believe D'Vorah needs help. Heck, Sonic Fox sad she's effectively "deleted from the game" in her current state. He said the same about Kano.

Now having said that, Biohazard did some cool things with Kano at Combo Breaker. I know one newer player did try D'Vorah on stream, and lost pretty hard.

Why would Sonic Fox out Kano and D'vorah in the same category? Kano clearly has tools?

I know you needed to vent, but you should have expected “get gud” responses.

Yes you are scorpions personal jobber and chauffeur, but take comfort in knowing that most of the people in this thread responding to you are the type of people who when they eat animal crackers, they make the noises of each animal before they eat them.

Is it the good frames? Good mixups? Good projectiles? Good teleport? Safe moves? Good wakeups and uppercut? Good antiair? Good kombos? Good mobility? Ease of use? It's all of this. He has it and she doesn't.

A tier list is natural. But when there is an abyss between one character and another, to the point you'd lose through no real fault of your own....

I want to lose because I was the worst player. Not because my tools were zero while my opponent had every tool.

But there are thousands of balance issues that aren’t being discussed because they’ve been dealt with before we ever got the game. And I don’t know why any reputable company would assume they alone know what’s right/wrong and ignore their core audience’s input. I promise you there are QA and comm specialists at NRS monitoring TYM and you’ve had a front-paged thread all damn day so far.

This game is an unbalanced mess that they try to pass as "competitive"

They should just be honest and do MK Trilogy/MK9/Armageddon again. People only want to play with their favorite characters.

EDIT: It's also a little creepy and sad that you'd go try to make an all-caps video which tries to slander me. Ykes. Figures you would do that however. :p Imagine if I had a video on my channel for every asshat who ended up losing.....

A lot of people don’t seem to understand how bad D’Vorah really is right now, how good Scorpion is, and how generally this is just a straight bad MU.

If you put any two equally skilled players in this MU the Scorpion would win it every time.

You have to be more than good to overcome her weaknesses, and that’d be fine if the difficulty was rewarding but it just isn’t. This isn’t even about if OP only lost because of this or that, I just can’t look at people trivializing how utterly shit when is.

I’d say do what I do, only pick her on her less horrible match ups and wait until she gets her buffs

Back on topic, it's been one month and D'vorah has been untouched, although I feel we're in a situation where a balance patch is very much needed.....

I think the point a few people have missed here is that this isn't a mere personal venting on what I am doing wrong.

This is also an objective rant on the crappy balance of the gameplay, and how it affects my favorite character and how it helps seeing the same character again and again online (if Scorpion wasn't so easy and OP, we wouldn't see him so often, popular or not).
