IGAU App for Apple/Android

Does anyone know where to find this or if it even exist?? Im not talking about the game but like an app for frame data, and each characters move list, that could be constantly updated. This would be a huge help to let ppl learn charactes faster. Thanks!

I had it then I deleted it and now when I went back to look for it (on Android) it appears to be taken down.

I too am searching for this Holy Grail. I'll keep you updated. I had one for MK9 by a company called Miniguide, and I'm hoping they release one for IGAU. It would be such a handy reference.
