I think skarlet would be bad because she wouldn't be able to use her ex dagger cancels due to the dash mechanics of injustice. Her zoning would be super bad. Unless you master iaD and we know how many of us have that.

Kabal would dominate still.

Characters with good iaF will also be a problem.

Character that can't already get past zoning in mk. Will have even more problems.
