I need Technical suppor or suggestions

Well im not good at explaining this but try to hear me out and understand.
So im making/editing videos (I use arcsoft showbiz)
and if I add music.
The music will like reapeat the part where thr video switched to another video.
Lemme put an example.

So hears the video →↓
1,2,3,4,5,
Each number represents a video clip. So there's 5videos.
Hears the music clip↓
1.
Let's say that one is supposed to cover all the 5videos.
But for some reason. There's a problem on video 3and 4
When the video app or wateva switched from video clip 3to4
The music glitched.
So the music that is on video clip 3 just so happened to repeat its self of video clip 4.

It could be several issues. I use Sony Vegas and Adobe Premier so I can't say the specifics related to your program.

The video and audio files should be on separate "tracks". It more than likely sounds like the particular video files are interfering with the audio track.

I've heard that program is pretty garbage, but then again I've never used it.

It won't be as fancy, but you can do exactly what you're trying to do just as easily with Windows Movie Maker. If all you're trying to do is mash clips and add a music track..

Try splitting the 5 video clips into 5 separate timelines and see if the problem persists.
so instead of 1,2,3,4,5
you'll have
1
--2
----3
-------4
--------- 5

And the audio streched across.

Then see if the problem persists.
