So recently I had to move out of the states to an island close to Venezuela. I'm around 22+ miles from it or so. So my question is, does anyone know how to change my region on my ps4 so I can play with the Venezuela guys online? I tried connecting on the American servers but I very rarely get synced with matches and when I do, it's always over 140 ping with spikes over 500 at times 
. Does anyone know what might help me?
