Strategy Harley Quinn Punishing Issue

Hi guys I'm proposing to create this thread for a main purpose. Help other people punishing specials,string,poke. The more we are to help each other the better we get. I'll try to keep the thread really well organized. What do you guys think ?

Guide

AquaMan's d2 - b22 or d1
Bane's Dash Up - b22
Batman's Slide - b22(has a ton of block stun)
Black Adam's Dive kick (if above waist and closer than midscreen) - d1
Catwoman:
-Cat Dash - 11 (must punish fast), b22 (harder)
-ex - 11, cannot be punished full screen
-Cat Claws - can't punish, but time meaty later to blow up
Cyborg's Uppercut - 11, b22 (harder)
Deathstroke:
-Sword Flip - b22
-Lowshot - 11 or d1
DoomsDay:
-Venom - 11
-Supernova EX - midscreen, silly slide underneath for full jump in combo
- midscreen, b3/f3 MB (do NOT do early), dash cancel, b22
- corner, b3/f3 MB, dash cancel underneath, TS opposite direction
-Upward Charge - goes over you, b22
The Flash:
-psycho crusher (BLOCK STANDING, can't punish full screen) - b22
-uppercut - b22 (jumps over you)
-pound - b22 (jumps over you)
Green Arrow:
-Hurricane Bow - b22
-Slide - b22
Green Lantern:
-b12 - 11 or d1 in between the hits
-lantern's might - TS at max range, b22 at close range
Harley Quinn:
-play doctor - crouch, b22
-TS - jump back jump punish, or 11 on block
Hawkgirl:
-Mace Charge - b3/f3 MB, b3/f3 MB dash cancel 11 (harder)
-do b2 xx TS to trade with mace charge
-jump forward, j2 (late), b3 (press it when you hit ground not too early), j3, 112 xx SS
-instead of cancelling end of juggle into SS, jump forward twice, j2
-neutral jump to make it whiff
-in corner, neutral jump j2
-Wing Evade - b3 or j2 on her wakeup
The Joker's Crowbar - TS
Killer Frost:
-Iceberg - b22
-Slide - can't, but free to press a low
-you can neutral jump her wake up, and punish with b22 on the opposite side
Lex Luthor:
-Charge - 11 (must punish fast), b22 (harder on reaction)
-Projectile Point Blank - b22
Nightwing's Flipkick - crouch at point blank, it goes over, punish with 11 (b22 works but harder)
Raven's Lift - 11 or d1
Sinestro:
-d2 - d1, b22 (harder)
-arachnid sting wakeup - whiffs on crouch player, so either meaty d2 xx db1, or wait then punish
-it does blow up meaty crossups
-rock overhead - TS if too far away, b22 if close
-bullet - TS if too far away
-ex bullet - crouch under 2 bullets, then f3 (not a punish, but good to get in)
Solomon Grundy - for walking corpse wakeup... TS meaty
-xx 1 (timing is a little later than meaty for this to work)
-wait for walking corpse to finish, 1 (TS goes underneath throw)
-can also b3MB walking corpse
Superman:
-Scoop - 11(only if at point blank), 3(if farther, but harder)
-dive punch - 2u3, j2, 112 or j2, 112 (easier)
-dash punch - 2u3 (only if he starts it at close range)
-rising grab - jumps behind you....11 (wait until he lands) or b22 (only use if you anticipate the wakeup)
Wonder Woman:
-Uppercut - jump forward(she jumps behind you), j2, j2, 112 xx SS
- neutral jump j2 (harder but full jump combo)
- time meaty later
-Lasso Spin - 11 (-9), cannot crossup shennanigans in the corner
-Shield Bash - 11 (only if not spaced)

training mode really helps here, set your opponent to do a certain special/normal string/etc (by using the record function) and then start by punishing it with b22, if you can't punish with that, try another string that has a faster start-up

i think b22 has 12 frames of start-up

LOL actually this is a good discussion for Harley, punishing is going to be my next thing to work on mastering, I want to be able to use Harley better than I did Mileena and well I was good with the Mileena
 
Now this maybe laughable to you guys but I am having trouble punishing just about anything the computer on hard does. Am I the only one that is having this problem or am I just being SNES streetfighter turbo'd by the AI reading my inputs or just and idiot.

Shit the AI has gone Turbo on you, JK, don't feel bad the AI in this game is quite crazy.

Yeah D1 into TS is super effective, just don't expect to hit it online
