FRAME DATA FOR JUMPS

DISCLAIMER: THESE NUMBERS WERE FOUND IN A VERY BOOTLEG WAY(explained below) I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MOST OF THESE ARE 1-4. FRAMES OFF.

Ex: ea test was a mirror. Dummy set to jump. I took NW33 3 which is +37 on hit and jump fwd and then neutral jumped and they both landed and jumped at the same time

Yeah that's what I thought. Its really had to test it. But these numbers seems close

Forward and backwards jumps are universally a few frames faster on start up than the neutral jump. For all charecters

Joker's is definitely off by a bit. Neutral jump is several frames slower than his forward and back jumps. Pretty sure this is the case for every character.
Regardless, it's awesome that you did this, and I salute you.
