Forward dash goes over d1?

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I've had a couple characters do regular forward dash over my d1 right in the middle of up close pressure. I haven't tested this or anything but so far I've had doomsday and raven both do it against me.

If this is already known then I apologize but I'm just curious to see if anyone else has noticed this, why it happens, and if it was intentionally put in the game.

I play Lobo so maybe its an issue with his d1. Its a 6 frame mid.

Not sure. But it's been happening to my d1 on occasion. I just immediately get really salty lol.

I think it has to do with folks whose animation forces them to jump or float raising their hitbox off the ground above lows.

I realize that... It's just bullshit lol. A forward dash, no matter what, should get hit by my d1 which is a mid. My arm literally just goes right through their body and I get punished.

NRS. Please remove the ability to forward dash over low pokes. I feel this wasn't intentional. I can understand some f3's going over them, but not forward dash.
