Video/Tutorial Escrima Fury whiff glitch

I found a consistent way to show this glitch and it is with Shazam. Knock NW down with Atlas Torpedo MB, dash and input Herculean Might(DBF1). Wake up with Escrima Fury and it will whiff in the middle of the fury:

The MB version will whiff for the most part but it will still launch the opponent.
Against Shazam NW players can wake-up with Flipkick MB(better option anyway) to counter this grab and get a combo of it. But this does happen outside of this situation.
