1. Terra - She is a huge part of the titans, an antihero (which we could do with more of) and could make for an interesting opponent for the DC Universe's big name heroes and villains. See my thread on her for a full accounting of why I think she should be in.
2. Beast Boy - Along with Terra, he is also a core Teen Titan and you know it would be fun to use his shapeshifting powers in the middle of a match! Let's see Batman take down a T-Rex
Plus I totally want to see him in with Terra for old times sake.
3. Scarecrow - One of the most derranged and scariest villains in super history, he's a fan favorite and a core Batman villain. While I'm sure we're reaching the limit on how many batman characters we can have, he was a part of the Dark Knight movie trilogy and has a huge following beyond that. Fear gas attacks would be cool to have at our disposal.
4. Martian Manhunter - Where would the JLA be without MMH? He's a HUGE fan favorite and would be a powerful addition to the Injustice roster. On the forums alone you can already see he's very much sought after.
