The best mediocre Batman
On February 20th, the best players in Texas will converge on Dallas for the return of D-Town Beatdown, hosted by Versus Gameplay Arcade. Various fighting games will be featured in different waves, and signups will begin 1 hour before the beginning of each game:
WAVE ONE - Starts at 1pm
Super Smash Bros for WiiU
Ultra Street Fighter IV (Xbox 360)
WAVE TWO - Starts at 3pm
Mortal Kombat X (PS4)
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 (Xbox 360)
Guilty Gear Xrd (PS4)
WAVE THREE - Starts at 6pm
Street Fighter V + $300 Bonus Pot (PS4)
Killer Instinct (Xbox One)
All tournaments will be double elimination, with MKX being 3/5 so get hype! If you are in the area, the venue is located at:
9750 Walnut Street, Suite #194 | Dallas, TX 75243
Located inside Walnut Street Mall next to Swayz Restaurant.
The venue will be open for casuals at 11 am, and it will cost you $10 in venue fee. Registration for each game will be $10 each. Make sure to bring your own controller if you are competing, and if you only wish to spectate it is free!
Due to a tight schedule, we will be unable to stream all of the games being hosted. However, we know what the people want, so the schedule will be as follows:
Smash for Wii U at 1 pm
MKX at 3 pm
SFV at 5 pm
