the last 2 hits of the xray are too unscaled. If you do just a raw xray it does 10%, 13%, 13%.
In the video, the first hit of his xray is scaled to 4% within the first combo and then it RESETS making the last 2 hits do 14%, 14% which is even more than a raw xray and you're going to say that the damage is scaled? If those hits were scaled you would be doing 56-58% total damage
