Just some random info id though id share..
To build 1 bar of meter
It takes 27 anti airs
roughly 30 bombs
17 nets on hit, 8 on block!
17 teleports
12 chest saws on the first bar and 11 on the next 2 bars + 6 on block up close, 7 on block at a distance
uf+2, 1,2,1~saw will build half a bar of meter on block!
1,2,1~df+3, d+1, 1,2,1~df+3, d+1.. This is a pressure string you can use to build 1 bar of meter. obviously its not guaranteed, but its a handy string for building meter on a blocking opponent.
