Back in April I proclaimed that lovable Limbo aka Empr Twisted would never win a GBS in MKX. Last week it was a little too close for my comfort though. Limbo cut a swath through the winners bracket and was waiting in Grand Finals. It was looking so good for him. His opponent was going to be @Big_Marcus who only uses Quan Chi. Earlier in the week Limbo was popping off in Facebook how Quan Chi was actually not top 5 and the community needed to level up. Perfect for him that he got to face Quan in winners where even if things went poorly he would just get reset and then easily win the 2nd set.
Limbo got 6-1'd. Undaunted by reason however, a bright-eyed Limbo proclaimed, I know what I did wrong, next week he will be free.
Well we will find out tonight. Due to Christmas, GBS is moved to tonight. Tourney starts at 8:30pm CT at twitch.tv/gallopingghostarcade
