Best Video program for a Noob?

I need help and I just wanted to know what would be the best user friendly program, to start posting clips from my phone? I wanted to do a Shazam guide.

From your phone? That might be a handful if your making a guide. I recommend you get a capture card first.
But for programs I use ArcSoft Showbiz video editor(Something like that) its easy to use. Has its flaws tho. But very noob-friendly
