Best anti air

recently I was playing a game with a friend and had trouble defending against cross kick so I was wondering what char would be best against this type of strat. thinking of using subby's ice clone but I'm having trouble judging the distance when I should use it or does CSZ counter stop kicks?

The best anti-air in the game is Kung Lao's . His Spin is also excellent. Most characters have decent anti-air attacks, but as a Jade main, I find that my anti-air attacks only work at a distance. I have trouble defending on wakeup.

Kano's up ball stops all jump ins from any range, but he can't combo off of it like Kung's spin.

Noob Saibot's upward Shadow kick ,, imo. It's immune to your attacks.

I second Kano Up Ball, it is basically MK9 Shoryuken, it work as anti air and wake up.
