Probably won't be safe on block - as it is a meterless launcher - but it will still be a better low starter option than B2.

Betting that the command dash/water shield will be used to set up zoning since it sends full screen and looks like it has good advantage
That Low string and the Cancel buffs will definitely enhance his combo game but i wonder if they could be applied to pressure and zoning since they both look very fast

That dash cancel was fast af and I bet it's a combo like in MKX
