Does anyone else think Alex Mercer (Prototype) would be an incredible character in MK? Just thinking about using all his different "weapons" in combat flow makes me think of Necrid from SC2 :P

So I've been looking at a lot of the match up charts that are posted on here for various characters and is it just me or is nearly every single character listed as a 4-6 or 3-7 MU against raiden? This seems a little over the top to me considering I've checked out Rain, Sektor, Cyrax, Scorpion...

So I'm from the Pittsburgh, PA area and as far as I can tell there is little to no competitive scene around here. I'm planning on doing some offline training with streetsweep and squirmcgirt (sp?) but that's roughly an hour and a half away. Additionally the closest tourneys look like Fairfax, VA...
