Who is the hardest character you have played?

There's always that one character in every fighting game that is to damn hard to use. Who is that to you in your fighting games?
BBCP - Carl Clover
MK9 - Skarlet or Kabal
IGAU - Zatanna
USF4 - C. viper
P4A - Aigis or Liz
SFxT - ?
UMVC3 - Dante
SGE - All characters aren't released but so far big band, peacock (combo wise), valentine
Darkstalkers - does this even count?
DOA5U - Didn't play long enough to find out.

Those are mines, what are yours? Discuss peoples.

almost broke fingers trying to link into guiles flash kick Ultra.

Mk 2/3 shang tsung was tough, can never remember all morph commands

always wanted to try aoi in VF5 she looks tough as hell.

VSav is either Anakaris, the worst character, that have no defensive universal mechanics sometimes being in infinite blockstuns or Zabel, the best character, that needs to be gdlk in instant air dash, hit confirm in a demon input from a a.light that is unblockable only in certain few frames.
Despite being old gets more people in tournaments in japan than mk9 got this year at evo. So yeah it does count.
Cock and Val are easy.
Band and BEliza are too new to know.
I would vote on Painwheel being the hardest.

Street fighter Third Strike: my main homie, Q. Hugo was also tricky with his full circle inputs.

Guilty Gear X: Venom, Johnny.

KOF: Chin. Love the character but he's always been a pain in the ass to use well.

Skull girls: Big Band. I love this character but he's weird lol.

I'm sure there are more, if I can think of them I will edit my post.

Gunslinger since pre patch (sh/out to The Farmer)
Skarlet in MK9, Zatanna in Injustice and from the little I played of each character that I can remember probably Morrigan in UMvC3 because of her fly/unfly/fireball cancels. I was going to main Zatanna from day 1 but after messing about with her I realised her normals sucked and I hate doing down up inputs for teleports, never mind having to do another directional input to determine where I'm going. I play on 360 pad damn it! :(

Zappa is a little tricky but dude when you get his big blue ghost of death out.... LOL gg!

IGAU - Zod
Melee - Falco
Brawl - Snake

Who I think is actually the hardest in the game:

MK9 - Scarlet may or may not be harder than Kabal but it's really close either way
SF4 - Viper
IGAU - I guess people are saying Zatanna? I mess with her a little and I can see that but I think Zod
Melee - fucking everyone
Brawl - Olimar
