Like with priest's mindgames, it doesn't activate battlecry.

What do you mean ?
There is no battlecry involved.
The new warlock card is a deathrattle, so you kill it off yourself and it triggers

Jaraxxus' battlecry.. it won't activate by being randomly summoned, I would image. Like my and Doom's examples; Alarm-o-bot and Mindgames don't activate battlecry.

If you alarm-o-bot a Deathwing, you keep your hand and no minions are destroy.

Assuming you have the means to deal with them, sure.
A turn 5 jaraxxus is kinda butt anyways because you basically chop off 15hp for one 6/6 a turn. Most players can clean off 15hp.

The reason murloc decks succeed (and zoo lock at that) is because most of the time you don't have the effective AoE to deal with multiple 2 and 3 health targets constantly.

Well I would not know, the cards are not out yet so I wouldn't be able to test that.
If the battlecry does not activate and jaraxxus just sits on the board, then you have a 9/15 minion on turns 3-5. I'll still take it lol.

Jaraxxus is only 3/15, not 9/15.

@NoxiousDonny Highest I've gotten was 9, but I got bored and stopped playing. (Mainly used control warrior and Handlock).

I did play games with @zaf though when he was on his way to legend the first time

There is a huge misconception about zoo. If you think it is bad now, you should of seen how dumb it was in the beta. With the OP blood imps and OP dark iron dwarf. The dark iron +2 attack bonus used to be permanent lol
Also zoo may seem to be an "OP" deck, but it is actually pretty hard to play at the highest level a lot of the time.
Ther e is a lot to learn to be able to play a zoo deck and make 0 mistakes. If you get run over by zoo , sometimes they just have a godlike opening

I play casual mode when I'm testing out new deck ideas? That aside I play ranked like everyone else. I think I ended last season like rank... 7 or 8? 10 maybe? I don't know.

If you have the removal to clean 17hp off the board by turn 5, then sure by all means.
I'm just saying its possible with the right circumstance.

I'm aware that zoo isn't that great at high ranks, but I still think it's cheap.

I don't always get run over by it, but to me it seems pretty brainless and just frustrating to play against.

zoo always has to consider the best way to make the board empty for the opponent, positioning for buffs, health levels of their minions to play around aoe removal, when to not overflood the board,, when to tap, when to trade and when to go face. its strong but not a top 3 deck

Yeah, and none of that is too difficult, and most zoo locks can just either always trade or always go the face and still win if you don't get lucky with aoe draws.

The thing about zoo is you still have to have good "footsies", get max value and know how/when to trade and just generally interact with your opponent intelligently. It's not broken or brainless, but it is A+ tier. Basically the Johnny Cage of Hearthstone. REALLY good, but also straight forward and honest.

Things like miracle rogue and freeze mage just do their own thing, and try to minimize interaction with the opponent to set you up for a death combo you can't do anything about. Like Cyrax, the real top tier lol

I find zoo cheap and annoying, but yes, miracle rogue and freeze mage is more BS.

Miracle rogue is funny to play against as my Heavy Hands druid.
The moment they see Leeroy burn off to the side because their hand is too full with removal and nothing to use it on, I laugh...

A lot of the time I'm afk on the menu or deck creation. Also the in game b.net chat sucks, it doesn't give notifications unless you see it when it is sent
