zatanna is braindead? lol of all things to say... i hesitate to wonder who you think is not braindead in that game
zatana with the keep away and the zoning and the standing resets and the trait and the gimmicks was bad? for me she's the only one i felt helpless against(i don't count mm as a character)
Doomsday you got me honestly but where as doomsday d1/d4 earthshaking did like 12% in this game it does 45%

And zatanna just stop- you probably mained GL
i mained flash not GL and flash only had like one or twelve resets
and zatana was bad? seriously? the chick with the magic hat? explains y she was rarely at tournaments but she was bad? seriously?

You take out the top tiers in MK9, you have shit-to-mid tier characters playing footsies.
You take out the top tiers in Injustice, you have characters dashing all over the place and mashing Specials.
You take out the top tiers in MKX, you have the exact same game that takes longer to finish because they don't deal as much damage.
But the top tiers exist so its kind of a moot point.

Ill concede that MK9 at its core was probably more footsie oriented than MKX is but neither of them are that footsie oriented IMO.

She was very hard to use at a pro level and yes she was barely seen

I actually really like the footsies in MKX. It would be better if most characters didn't have such a fast run

The 50/50s were worse in injustice with all the cross up setups. In mkx if we're just talking 50/50s it's really just overhead or low. Hard to blockables are a different story tho.

Tried injustice for a while. It's was... too much.

MKXL now... wow.

Looking forward to KI and king of fighters and of course Tekken 7.

Then all will be right with the world.

Injustice had the really ambiguous cross up F3s and what not from characters like deathstroke and GL so yes that was difficult but in terms of the overall game, MKX has way more 50/50s and hard to blockables

both games have stupid dirt, lol. Injustice with its ambiguous crossup 50/50's, MKx with its hard to blockables and handing out safe 50/50's like candy as well as long ranged normals.

I like MKx better though just for the simple fact that its so much more faster paced than injustice, and i hated the single round system and wager system in injustice. It was a fun game, but im glad to have moved on.

Like Zod's.
Yea Zod's offense was not honestly, at least how I used him. Many people to this day other than me and maybe couple others could fully do all of his cancels into grab in block pressure. He was top 3-5 no doubt but for anyone who thought he was easy to use and win with should just go and see someone as skilled and talented as Forever King losing a 4-6 MU to Lobo after playing him for over a year.

Also ZOD's mix ups had consequence. His IAZB did not

I was all on board that the IAZB should be nerfed and the rule should have been only one type of zod ball on screen at any given time

for example you couldn't have two slow balls but could have one fast and one med or one fast and one slow that way no more than 2 balls would exist at any given time

Wait is someone saying Zatanna was as much a pain to deal with as doomsday's pressure?

Spend 15 minutes in the lab with Aquaman then any time you run into a Zatanna tada you basically win with no match up knowledge because your tool set heavily skews everything in your favor. No heavy execution required on your part. It's Aquaman.
