They can be changes that are results of the changes they've stated making. Like you'll see a combo quoted as no longer working, which is a result of adjustments to frame data etc. Some things do slip through the cracks unmentioned though, and this was a big patch
It's also likely they just didn't write it down. If you make a tiny hitbox change to one of 75 characters and don't write it down, by wednesday that knowledge is gone.

Since the release of the game it seems like Kung Jin is the only character that hasn't received a single nerf despite being disgustingly easy to use (mostly Bojutsu I'm talking about here) and being safe off most of his strings. He actually got a buff this patch, lol. Shaolin could probably use a buff but I definitely didn't think Bojutsu needed anything more ffs.
Pretty sure KJ was the FIRST character to get nerfed. Were you not around for that first month?

Yeah I was definitely around, guess I forgot about it, my bad. It was a pretty minor one though, just slight damage scaling and that cartwheel smash getting a few frames added which made it -5 so now at least one move (Kung lao's ex hat spin) can punish it.

Jacqui's njp is 9 frames (down from 11) and has 7 active frames (up from 6).

Jacqui's f2u2 can be canceled into du4 and dd4 on whiff.

It's NRS's plan all along. To give him small buffs in increments until he slithers his way to the top.

But seriously, he's already been hit with the nerf hammer. I don't think he warrants a second nerf.

They said they fixed stuff on hit with kano nothing waa said about block.

Commando kano: f3,3 - command grab can now be jumped out of on block.

D'Vorah's bug cancels seems fine for me. There's definitely been a change, especially on block, but it didn't seem much harder to do. I haven't tried cage yet.

Its so dumb... Especially for characters like cage IMO.. Oh well RIP cage..
im sure Cage will survive this, mark my words, i think all the Alisters will make that leap to the new and improved Stunt Double, that 2in1 of mimic is pretty dope for pressure.. and he has prety much the same pressure as A-list had, some may say better now, but lets wait and see...:coffee:

ummmmmmm they are not Plus on block anymore, im sure you can't cancel on first available frame anymore... but if so... plz do share a vid on this and teach me your ways!! :)

Oh god the panic is too real; haven't been able to combo of any of marksmans gun cancels so far.
I don't see the problem with the F11 cancels on D'vorah she has been working fine for me.
But at least Quan has a 6f D1 :DOGE

Edit: Nvm just tried the D'vorah cancels on block and its just stupid

I didn't even know you could hold it through the cancel lol
you coul;dnt hold it threw the cancel, if you did it would regester the input null and void and not let youcancel into a combo after words, the only way you could do it before the patch was tap and release, and that would be the case after patch, but they added recovery frames to dash cancel and RC of charge specials.. and thats why we cant input at first frame, you may be able to still get a combo off hit, but your 20+ SKRC will only be +2 at best now from what i can see....

Raidens run cancels were messed up in TG, and his midscreen combos in the other 2 variations were also messed up. character got fucked

dont you think his Displacer is a little improved now.. i have to ask cuz never really used him much,, but it seems i can use some strings into normal :d:u safe on block? not sure if that was there before, im almost sure you had to :d:u:r before to be safe, but yet im asking to make sure?

Idk about other characters, but I was doing f11 wgc,112 wgc and b1 wgc just fine. f22 wgc seems a little weird and i felt like I had to re-learn f112 wgc 2 string, but it still jails.

most of his strings were already safe so thats not the problem, His midscreen meterless damage is now non-existent. the most i could get consistantly off a f1 meterless is 24%. Its all and good that we have a faster teleport but if i go to punish someones projectile with it and hit them with f1 i get next to nothing. All the while they could recvor fast enough and full combo punish me with a ex launcher or and fast normal. IMO its high risk, low reward

yea. when i mentioned f11 wgc, i was talking about on hit into 212. I didn't really notice a difference on hit. WGC's are definitely different on block
yeah i was talking on on block... what would you say your frames are on block with it now?
