This is for the video game Mortal Kombat 9 (2011).
Been working on this chart for a long time now and got input from other players to see their side of the story for some of the Matchups. Would love to hear input from other Scorpion mains and see their thoughts on Scorpion.

Theres other but I can't think of them at the moment.
Baraka: 4-6. (Baraka has decent pressure against scorp, and armor to get in if scorpion tries to turtle, he also has a vortex of his own, just not as effective.)
Cyrax: 3-7 (Scorpions worst MU I feel, one miss hellfire, spear, tele, 50/50 and its over.)
Ermac: 5-5 (Ermac excells against scorp if in the midrange to close area. Ermac does not need to spend meter for really anything except breaker, which can be a deterent from 50/50s. From full screen this could be viewed as a 5-5)
Jax: 4-6 ( Jax has good pressure and good pokes against scorpion, his corner game is godly and his F4 tends to stop almost all of scorpions wakeups
Jade:5-5 ( upclose scorp does well and could possibly make this a 6-4.)
Freddy Krueger: 4-6 (freddy has a vortex of his own, and can outzone scorpion easily. )
Cage: 3-7 (if cage gets in just lose the round)
Kabal: 4-6 (an interesting MU, Kabal wins easily upclose, but from full screen kabal can be afraid to start zoning due to spear or hellfire.)
Kano: 5-5 (Pretty even and after playing Blackbryan offline/online it feels like an even MU)
Kenshi: 4-6 (another interesting Mu, kenshi has to constantly fear hellfire/random spear and EXspear, but if he gets his zone going he can chip away your health fast)
Kitana: 3-7 Impossible to anti air, D1, her 50% damage, no jumping, have fun)
Kung Lao: 4-6 (your best bet is to try and stay away from him and wait for a mistake, punish his tele with d1 tele or or backdash b2)
Liu Kang: 5-5 (Not much to say here really, his damage is not incredible and his zoning is not great against spear/hellfire, makes up for ti with his pressure)
Mileena: 5-5 (Turtling her is really your best bet, you don't want to be near her because of her 50/50s and insane D4 range. You can punish a whiffed tele blades with D1 teleport.)
Nightwolf: 5-5 No comments, never played one.
Noob: 5-5 (Odd MU, noob generally wins full screen but hellfire can make him cautious, upclose it's scorpions game.)
Quan Chi: 5-5 (I hate this MU, he plays similar to scorpion with his 50/50s and standing resets, rune trap is great and meter drain is great. I thought i heard someone say it was a 4-6 but i honestly think thats bullshit)
Raiden: 4-6 (One whiffed hellfire/spear with tele and he's in comboing your face. Gotta play safe here.)
Reptile: 4-6 ( His mid/full screen acid balls and his speed make it an odd MU for scorp. And after playing Tetra and Cossner offline and a few reptiles online it feels 4-6.)
Rain: 5-5 (Rain has good damage and has a ton of armor, decent pressure game and all. It could be a 4-6 but honestly not many people use rain to a super high level)
Sektor: 5-5 (Sektor has good midscreen and corner damage, but has to spend meter, this causes him to really fear a 50/50)
Shang 5-5 (could possible be a 4-6 due to his pressure game, and if he gets you going full screen it can be difficult to do something
since all his specials beat yours full screen)
Sheeva: 6-4 (not much she can do here, your pressure actually beats someones for once and air grab beats her stomp)
Sindel: 5-5 (Crazy mixups and good zoning full screen, not super great upclose but can do some crazy work with scream cancels.)
Skarlet: 4-6 (Armour out the ass and good pressure)
Smoke: 3-7 (Good pressure,reset, and no full screen game against him)
sonya: 3-7 (same as cage pretty much)
stryker: 5-5 Full screen stryker can keep you locked, but one EX spear usually gets you in. Could be argued for a 6-4 here)
sub-zero: 5-5 ( Most even match up in the game Sub wants you in the corner, I want you in the vortex, both must work to get you in their desired outcomes)
6-4s - 1
5-5s - 14
4-6s - 9
3-7s - 5
