He is perhaps a current fan favorite as Quan Chi's fighting variations along with combo ability and fatality have been a hit. Like all Mortal Kombat X characters, Quan Chi has three variations of evil including Sorcerer, Warlock and Summoner. What do each respective variation have to offer? Well, these variation descriptions by NetherRealm Studios should be able to assist with making your decision.

The question is, what dark side will you choose?

But seriously, Sorcerer seems to have a lot of potential to be really good.

It's probably because no one knows what the chip damage in MKX is going to be like. We've asked for people who said they were going to play the game to find any info on chip damage, but they are never able to. Mostly all of the footage we've ever seen doesn't have anyone blocking anything.

Huh? People just haven't bothered to block anything while they were playing. So, we can't really discuss chip damage yet outside of whether or not it will be like MK9.

Why give these pictures when the trailer already showed everything and more? I think it've been better to release trailers for some characters and and variation description for others, just to keep it interesting.

It's a common misconception that netherrealm is actually out to inform and educate their games pre-release. Every move they make is devoted to making people hungrier for the next. No more, no less.
