I had an idea for a fighting game character called "pothead"... he would ride into the fight on a skateboard and would have memorable quotes and say shit like "it's the corporations holding you back mann..." or "you don't know real music till you have heard bob marley bro..." or "everything is connected man..." various shit of these sorts.
He would have attacks where struck you with a bong, and he would shoot smoke rings, and charge up his smoke gauge by smoking his bong... and he would have smoke puff moves that would frame trap and change in size based on how much smoke you have charged up, and he would have all sorts of smoke based moves which depleted his smoke meter. He could use the smoke to projectile himself forward.
