Ok, just to be clear here. Do you think Kabal and MMH are "BROKEN"??????

Stop lumping in Kabal and MMH in the same group. Just because Kabal is broken, doesn't mean MMH is. It's 100% possible for someone to think Kabal is broken, and MMH is fine.

Going off pure MU charts, MMH is nowhere near Kabal's level, even if I was being pessimistic. MMH doesn't really have any 8-2's against other characters, but Kabal does. There's at least several characters Kabal 8-2's. MMH does not do the same.

ECT, Revelations and NCR. All won back to back to back by Michaelangelo. Michael was the favorite to win the first EVO. He ended up getting 9th, losing to Online Tony in...the Kabal mirror.

Not sure if you were reading these threads after Jupiter won today, but all I was reading was how MMH is broken and NRS needs to patch this game and all this nonsense. Then I had to listen to how MMH and Kabal are the same and how dumb they are. Obviously they are both great characters, but like I said earlier, Jupiter got blown up by Catwoman yesterday. Give people time to figure out the MMH matchup. People are overreacting so bad.

It's like when people are/were saying how broken ZOD is. Doesn't make sense at all.

revelations was the same day as a huge major ceo so with mostly everyone being at ceo, its legitimacy as a full fledged major is iffy. . ncr top 4 was justin wong, valle, and flow so the comp there was by players who were playing mk9 as their 4th side game

MMH is the kind of character that, when you lose, you feel as though the character, not the player, beat you. The oppressive tools and safe options which MMH can use to pressure you are overwhelming.

Bane and Batgirl also have a similar feel. Against Bane, you get knocked down one time and the other player gets to keep pressing buttons while your options get nullified. Batgirl makes you have to guess on an unreactable 50/50 mix-ups over and over again until you die.

I personally dislike characters like this and I believe some of the animosity towards MMH players is because of his status as the best in the game.

Having said that, Jupiter is an amazing player and deserved this win. He has amazing reactions and plays the character on the highest possible level.

thanks to everyone giving me props. i have sooo many shoutouts to give but i can only give a couple. shoutouts to everyone at the break especially @DarthArma, if you did not talk me in to going to the break and helping me out i wouldn't be the player i am now. shoutouts to @HandySavage, i learned the BG MU all because of you, you for sure helped me take the civil war sword home today, thank you for that. and shoutouts to my brother and everyone who supports me, even the MMH haters . this community seems to troll a lot but i'm happy to be a part of it!
