Pokemon X and Y - Discussion/Friend Code Exchange

CamChattic

Eternal Champion of Justice
I have a theory greninja set I'm working on
Protean
Modest
252 hp
252 speed
4spatk
Leftovers

-shadow sneak
-dark pulse
-ice beam
-toxic

The point of the set is to take advantage of proteans defensive capabilities with this set I'd be able to do things like throw out stab dark pulse with impunity. If a fighting type switches in I have no fear of the stab because I could throw out priority shadow sneak and while the damage won't be significant it would still be free damage and now I get immunity to fighting moves. All the while getting 2 turns of leftovers recovery in the process. Ice beam I think is a given offensively few moves rival it. Now the last move is the one that has me stumped the most I like toxic because it emphasizes the sets ability to force switches and changes me to poison type which will resist the other type of pokemon that's going to be switching in on my dark pulses which is fairy giving me more turns of resisted damage aka more wear on the opposing team and more free turns getting hit with resisted damage while healing.
The only conflict I have is whether or not I should use toxic spikes over toxic.

Taking advantage of Greninja's defensive capabilities is like watching a porn film for it's plot.

Solo

Shadow Priest
Solo do you want this extra jap. Ditto I have? You don't have to offer much.
Well.. I actually have one now, lol. Wonder Trade.

Edit: It's at level 30 with the Imposter ability. So I'm guessing whoever had, caught a bunch in Friend Safari.

Edit again: After playing a few matches online, I must say wow. Everyone I played had two more legendary Pokemon. I manage to beat one team Legendary Pokemon by luck. Might have to pull out my Xerneas to handle these guys. :(

The ones that use uber legendaries to win need to pull their heads out of their butts and realize that they are not that great when put against a well rounded team.

Mega Scizor > Xerneas
Galvantula > Yveltal
Volcarona > Mewtwo
Greninja > Zygarde

Sent from a Windex bottle.

Aiegslash is a huge huge problem

holy shit.

But any good Earthquaker / Fire Blast or Flamethrower pokemon can shut him down. Unless you let him get off Swords Dance x2. Then you'll need Arcanine/Houndoom Aegi hasn't given me a problem yet and I've seen a ton of them. Also Normal Type pokemon with a fire type (special) move almost guarantee you'll go first, they can't shadow sneak you and 9 out of 10 times you'll out speed his other options. Although a Fire Physical attacker is a bit risky because of King's Shield. I run Aegislash on my team too but he has to pick his spots wisely or get blown up. Especially since he is uber vulnerable in Sword Stance.

Klefki > Zygarde

Volvarona > Klefki.

Math has spoken.

Edit: Klefki is so much better than the X legendary it doesn't deserve me spelling its name correctly.

Rampage254

Ayy Lmao
So I was gonna try to make a team and train them to Lv 100, but then I remembered I can just battle people with Lvl 50 Pokemon, so I'm just gonna train them to that level for now so I can finally start battling some of you guys.

Just remember some pokemon randomly learn some good stuff at level 60-70 so for those you'll have to work. If this applies to your team
