Sadly I was unable to make the tournament myself this month </3 I do however have detailed full results.
Starting off the tournament with Kevin 7 vs Lord Vado. Kevin shows off his lex that we have not seen in about half a year, Lord Vado goes Green Arrow and shows his MU knowledge forcing him to switch to catwoman. Kevin puts up a fight but ends up going to losers early 3-0.
Busta Clown vs Shujinkydink next. Busta clown surprises dink with some insane mixups and setups to dimish dinks lifelead in almost every match they play with gimmicks out the ying yang. Unforuntaely as Zatanna always does the meter starts to dissapear and once its gone dink pounces and finishes the games off for a very close and exciting victory.
This would set up LordVado vs Shujinkydink. Vado supers a victory off the bat and Dink retaliates with some interactable setups to even it up. 2-2 going into the final game its neck and neck and its obvious Vado is saving his meter for a super combo. He hits it, it almost finishes the round but he drops the b3 follow up and dink punishes for the win.
Next up is Dink vs Trevar, we got team kills. Trevar takes every open opportunity to get damage on Dink, hitting hit with superman resets. Dink adjusts and switches to a turtle game. After 3 games of playing galaga Trevar just cant dodge the zoning and is sent to losers.
Setting up losers finals, LordVado vs Trevar. Trevar gets an early 2-0 lead with smart punishes and great execution somehow always managing to get Vado to the corner. Now Trevar is very vocal about his mental block against Batman, knowing this Vado picks him and Trevar shakes his head at the loading screen. Match begins and Vado smothers him with bats and mixup pressure. Trevar retaliates with a big combo but it only aggravates Vado who swarms him even more, overwhelming him for a 2-1 score. Into the 4th game, very much the same but trevar takes his clash and their neck and neck with about 20% health each. Vado drops his combo and trevar goes for the punish, Trevar drops his combo which leaves Vado another opportunity to punish, who AGAIN drops his combo and allows trevar to finish him off for the win leaving Vado with a look of utter disgust and confusion as he steps off the stream with his third place finish.
Grand Finals, All STB, Trevar vs Dink. This has happened before but Trevar has managed to reset the bracket and win the tournament. Set starts and its looking much the same as the first set, lots of zoning with trevar trying to get in without hitting an orb. Trevar manages to capitilize on a few mistakes in the second game and makes it 1-1. Still a ways to go but hes taken the first step. Dink continues with his relentless zoning with a small combo here and there but ensures to end it in Push to send trevar back to square 1. After 2 more games of the lamest play your likely to ever see Dink finally reigns victorious and takes the tournament with a 3-1 win over Trevar.

Mortal Kombat 9 quick facts:
- We had 3 new entrants in Busta Clown, Marco and Jerrell. Two of which were smoke players.
- Busta Clown got double babied for calling Kevin7 free
- Grifkitten shows a much improved sheeva using some great frame traps to eliminate Marcos johnny cage
- DavS13 gets eliminated early by Kevin7, missing top 3 for the first time ever
- Knoterror and Trevar have the HYPEST MK9 set in Slugfest history attracting the attention of people who didnt even play the game. Two time outs and a Tyrant like comeback from trevar leaves both players relieved at the end of the series as they hug it out
- Dink Reclaims his spot as Slugfest MK champion losing only a single game after giving it up to trevar last month having now won 7 out of the last 8 slugfests hes attended
- MK had over 200 stream viewers.
