"I’m happy to announced that we are expanding the U.S. tournaments awarding Evo seeds to five, with the addition of Winter Brawl 7! Winter Brawl, which takes place Feb 23 – 24 in Philadelphia PA, will now give players from the north-east region of the U.S. their own shot at earning a seed in the Evo World Finals, held July 12 – 14 in Las Vegas, NV."
This is major -- great for the East coast, as well as the FGC as a whole.
