Your reason being?
He's accessible only to PS3 players. Were he playable on Xbox as well, it would be different. PS3 players would get all the match-up experience they need against him, but Xbox players wouldn't.Your reason being?
I'm sure they could patch him, sense MLG has declaired PS3 the base platform for MK9 tournys anyway. I mean it would only benifit for Nether Realms to make him more playable in tournies and it would drive PS3 sale higher for those die hards fighting game players (in theory). He's accessible only to PS3 players. Also, he's never had any changes done to his mechanics EXCEPT the universal dash nerf.
In my opinion, he wouldn't be tourney-viable anyway. His normals and specials are all dog-shit (except maybe his parry).
Still a negative. There are some players at these tournaments who play only on a 360. And I already pointed out the lack of match-up experience.I'm sure they could patch him, sense MLG has declaired PS3 the base platform for MK9 tournies anyway. They won't do anymore patches, and xboxers arent going to get a ps3 and mk just to play kratos.I'm sure they could patch him, sense MLG has declaired PS3 the base platform for MK9 tournys anyway. hey, are you back now?Still a negative. There are some players at these tournaments who play only on a 360. And I already pointed out the lack of match-up experience.
There won't be any more patches coming, so get used to the current state of the game...unless, of course, MLG Dallas proves successful enough to win the hearts of the entire community once more.
I was just inquisitive as to what most MK9 players felt about Kratos being on the tournoment circut. But, perhaps your right. Still it WOULD be a ballzy move to patch Kratos to the XBox I'd love to see a company take that bold step, it would be awsome IMO!Still a negative. not in Ireland, we've never ran a mk9 event on xboxOh and fun fact, every European tournament after SVB has had the game running on 360 anyway.
Yeah fair enough. Majors I meant. I'm just saying PS3 isn't tournament standard everywhere lolnot in Ireland, we've never ran a mk9 event on xbox
I've explained this so many times. But what's this shit about him sucking? You do realize because none of you guys asked that he be patched he still has shitttons of dirt that was fixed for everyone else pre-release right? lol
You should do a set with a Kabal player and post on TYM I think it would be pretty hype actually. If Kratos was not a banned fighter, I could see him being used as a sort of "counterpick" to Kabal. Though Kratos is not a true counterpick, because the MU is still 4-6 in Darth Vader's favor, in my opinion. Kratos negates Kabal's zoning with his Golden Fleece, and can seriously impede Kuh-Bawl's NDC pressure system, but that is a guessing game on its own.
I believe Lulzlou already has such a video posted here. You should do a set with a Kabal player and post on TYM I think it would be pretty hype actually.
