Wiki?

Is it just me or is it not possible to sign up for the Wiki page.

Id like to view the Noob page but it wont let me...

you can click on create account/login but theres nothing to click to create account.

Really can someone tell me please? Id also like to access the MK vs. DCU pages but I cannot because its limited to users. Is there some way I can become a user? Or is it limited to a certain group of people? I would appreciate it if some one could please clarify.
