who to promote, iPad version?

I've promoted WW to level 5 but still can't beat level 40. I have been purchasing the $75,000 pack for the last few weeks, but I'm tired of getting Bane or Black Adam every time. I'm prepared to save up and promote the correct characters to finally beat this game. Who should I be promoting to build the best team to beat the final level?

I like Batgirl with her energy boost power, but her special moves seem too weak to use in any serious battle. Same with Batman, his 25% teammate boost is awesome but I'm not sure I should waste coins on someone who's 3rd move is so weak

I've also thought about buying more red son packs, can I beat the game with a team of these three characters?

The characters that cost the most in the store separately usually have the best chance against the CPU. That was superman last time I checked, which was a month or two ago. Batman has that double damage upgrade, so it is good to have him on the team maybe. It also depends on the fights themselves. If the CPU does a lot of damage, but doesn't have much health then you might want to use characters that give your team more health or maybe more damage. I found the best way to deal with most of the hard fights was to just try to do as much damage as possible with super moves. Some of the fights can be so tough that you just have to keep repeating them until you get lucky with what the CPU does. It is an unfair game and it requires lucky breaks unfortunately.
