Kung Lao is the beast of teleport moves and with the whirlwind spin.

I hate fighting him as he is real hard to juggle, any hint of lag or delay makes his teleport GODLY that can do insane damage and be real hard to punish, and if the user knows how to really use him well, then its over for you with one mistake.

I can scout his teleport easily and uppercut. If you mess up though, say goodbye to 46%.

Kung Lao is awesome (not counting the TV show).

I don't know much about what happened with him in the 3D ones. I really didn't think he should come back actually. I thought his costumes looked cool in MK2 and 3, I loved his story, and on top of that he is a damn fun charajcter to use, and a beast as well.

Kung Lao rocks the series.

In MKT (PS1) MK2 Kung Lao is the best character! easy infinites, fast teleport, great juggle kombo and kicks kombo, his throw can be cancelled or followed with his torpedo... fast and unique! the best of him is his first kombo starter (HP) wich has a brutal range so you can kombo after a vertical air kick or falling air punch under any unimaginable situation... it's crazy, and I love him!

Kung Lao is seriously the god of Mortal Kombat. I just tried a lot of different combos in UMK3 and now have become a god with him. I think I got his 100% whirlwind spin JK combo down but I did it only once. I'm surprised Kung Lao isn't number 1 in the Tier List for UMK3.
