Strategy Whiffing the Second F3(Like the first)

I was trying to practice and consistently do the double F3 finishers, and I've noticed that a good deal of the time I whiff the second F3 in the same manner that I whiff the first. I'm trying to find something to do after it that isn't just a Trait or super. I tried F2, but it's too slow to get a MB catdash in, and trying 1 MB dash normally gets the Claws out instead.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this and found a good solution for it.

I think this is what you are looking for. But the double F3 whiff combos are really hard to pull off consistently...
